Installation Process
It take 3-4 weeks to complete the process. The procedure is as below
- We require 100% advance to confirm the order.
- Once the order is confirmed, Matrix engineer will visit for site inspection. They'll let you know if any changes are needed and update you on cabling requirements.
- The device will reach you by courier.
- Matrix engineer will visit for device installation.
- Once device is installed, we will connect it with your Okfit account. (Static IP is required).
- Invoice will be sent to you and final payment to be made.
